Minimum Bench Fee: $20.00  This includes a diagnostic estimate and physical removal of dust from ventalation and heatsinks, and is free of charge if service is performed. 

Standard Hourly Labor Rate: $50.00

Priority Service Fee: $25.00  We will make your issue our top priority.  Many of our business customers are happy to see us 30 minutes to an hour after they call!  Some problems just cannot wait.

Pick-up Service Fee: $15.00  An University PC Care employee will come to your location and pick-up your PC and also bring it back after the work has been completed. 

On-Site Service Fee:  $30.00  This is a per-visit fee for an University PC Care employee to come to your location to help resolve your PC issue. (This fee is subject to increase for jobs lasting longer than three hours) 
**Please Note: Certain jobs require more time or mulitple trips to perform on site.  In return, may carry an increased price.  For example, a Windows reinstall (including document backup, Windows Updates and Drivers) usually cost $125 when you bring in your CPU.  The same job, completed on-site, easily costs $210.

Remote Sevice:  $5.00 connection fee, then $1.00/min.  This is the charge for an University PC Care employee to solve your issue over your high speed connection.  If you agree to the charges and are on the phone with an employee of University PC Care, click "I AGREE"
